He was in the same house as friend and fellow director Roger Michell. He began his career in British independent films. He graduated from the University of Cambridge (Sidney Sussex) in 1970 with a B.A. in English Literature. He started work in television including directing Prime Suspect 4 and episodes of Sherlock Holmes and Inspector Morse. Perhaps his most notable achievement to date was directing Shakespeare in Love, which won the Oscar for Best Picture in 1998, and for which Madden was also nominated as Best Director (he lost to Steven Spielberg for Saving Private Ryan). Madden is also a Jury Member for the digital studio Filmaka, a platform for undiscovered filmmakers to show their work to industry professionals. Akhil Akkineni  is an Indian film actor who works in the Telugu film industry. The son of actors Nagarjuna and Amala, Akhil made his acting debut as a baby who leaves his home in the comedy film Sisindri (1994), aged one. After completing his education, Akhil made a return to the film industry as a cricketer in celebrity tournaments and then in a cameo appearance in Vikram Kumar's Manam (2014) alongside several of his family members. He then appeared in his first film in a leading role with Akhil (2015), an action fantasy film.

Kaori Momoi  (桃井 かおり, Momoi Kaori, born April 8, 1952 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese actress. Momoi was born in Tokyo, and at the young age of 12 traveled to London to study dance at the Royal Ballet Academy. After 3 years she returned to Tokyo, later graduating from Japan's Bungakuza School of Dramatic Arts. In 1971, Momoi debuted in director Kon Ichikawa's Ai Futatabi (To Love Again) beginning a career that has already spanned 35 years and over 60 films.
