For his feat (that he referred to as "le coup"), he used a 450-pound (200-kilogram) cable and a custom-made 26-foot (8-metre) long, 55-pound (25-kilogram) balancing pole. Michael David Herr was an American writer and war correspondent, known as the author of Dispatches (1977), a memoir of his time as a correspondent for Esquire (1967–1969) during the Vietnam War. Herr was credited in the film for writing the narration for Francis Ford Coppola's 1997 film The Rainmaker. He had previously contributed to the narration for Coppola's 1979 film Apocalypse Now. Vladimir Cosma (born 13 April 1940) is a Romanian composer, conductor and violinist. He was born into a family of musicians. His father, Teodor Cosma, was a pianist and conductor, his mother a writer-composer, his uncle, Edgar Cosma, composer and conductor, and one of his grandmothers, pianist, a student of the renowned Ferruccio Busoni. After receiving first prizes for violin and composition at the Bucharest Conservatoire of Music, he arrived in Paris in 1963 and continued his studies at the Conservatoire national supérieur de musique de Paris, working with Nadia Boulanger. As well as for classical music, he discovered early on a passion for jazz, film music and all forms of popular music. From 1964 he made a number of international tours as a concert violinist and began to devote himself more and more to composing. He wrote various compositions including: Trois mouvements d'été for symphony orchestra, Oblique for violoncello and string orchestra, music for theatre and ballet (Volpone for the Comédie Française, the opera Fantômas...). Hossein Zandbaf is an editor who was born in 1946 in Sari, Iran. He started his career in cinema and starred in “The Assignment” as a director. His most notable activities are “Heartbroken” by Ali Rooyintan, “The Lizard” by Kamal Tabrizi, and “Khabgah-e Dokhtaran” directed by Mohammadhossein Latifi.

Born in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico, Victor began his music studies in his hometown at an early age. Further along he was admitted into the National School of Music of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) were he received his Bachelor's degree with Honors in Piano Performance under the tutelage of Maestro Luis Mayagoitia Vasquez. Throughout his career Mr. Hernandez has been active both as a pianist and a composer. In 2009 he received an MFA in Music Composition for the Screen from Columbia College Chicago where he did studies in film scoring under the mentorship of Andy Hill.
